Everything was great until wenfound out that there was no hot running water. First day they said that someone is coming to fix it, next morning they said that the whole neighborhood didnt have hot water. Obviously someone was lying. Other than that everythingelse was allright.

Great customer service. The receptionist was very welcoming and helped us purchase blue and green parking tickets. Breakfast buffet has variety of options. Clean and tidy. The room is spacious and has a balcony.

"Beautiful hotel! The location is perfect as across the street starts downtown & ski lift is near by! I love the views from the room! Super beautiful! The one downside is the inside accessibility in regards to getting to your room, there are a lot of stairs up & down leading to rooms. Beautiful rooms ..."
